Jordan Whole Home Remodel + Addition

This spacious 1990s rambler had plenty of space but was full of the outdated Tuscan style fixtures and had a closed off compartmentalized floor plan. We completely transformed this home from top to bottom for this family of six! We opened-up the main floor and created new spaces for this busy family with the emphasis on day-to-day functionality and a new fresh transitional style. The new modern kitchen features state of the art appliances, durable quartz countertops, and an extra-large center island. The lower-level walk-out space new features a family friendly wet bar space complete with a two-sided game island and metallic backsplash. An indoor sport court and fitness room addition keeps this family active during the long Minnesota winters.

An extra-spacious kitchen island anchored the newly remodeled space, providing seating for up to six people and plenty of room for meal prep and entertainment needs.
A set of new sliding doors created a seamless visual transition between the kitchen and screen porch, allowing endless natural light to fill the space.

Without a single wall separating the living room and kitchen, the space felt open and airy, yet still intimate, thanks to the strategic arrangement of the furniture and decor.
The new dining room was open and connected to the rest of the main floor, allowing for easy access from the adjoining kitchen.
An open concept entryway welcomes guests with an array of complementary neutrals, crisp materials, and sleek light fixtures.
With a vibrant infusion of blues and a floral wallpaper, this renovated powder room felt bright, airy, and contemporary.
To add flair to this bedroom’s style, we kept the original ceiling soffit in place, but added additional soffit detailing to create dimension and interest.
A collection of calming deep blues anchored this bedroom’s color palette, with a range of patterns and prints layered together for a curated look.
Custom window treatments and a chic chandelier upgraded this bedroom from 1990s aesthetic to a fresh and contemporary vibe.
A soaking tub made this master bath a retreat for our clients and simultaneously opened up floor space to allow for a visually lighter design.
With much more cabinet and countertop space, this new double-sink vanity design made better use of the large bathroom wall, and the oversized mirror helped to reflect light from the window.

Gorgeous wavy textured subway tile helped this brand new shower feel chic and contemporary.
Shades of white and grey took center stage in this brand new jack and jill girls bath, with a stylish wall-to-wall mirror and trend-setting graphic tiles making a major visual impact.
Pairing blues and purples together, this bedroom perfectly reflected the personality of our client’s daughter, yet still managed to feel aligned with the whole-home palette.
