This multi-level home built in 1957 is home to a busy young family who were looking for an update for today’s lifestyle. Opening up the cramped kitchen and dining room allowed space for a large and storage filled center island. Custom white cabinets add to the open and bright new feel of the kitchen. New vinyl plank flooring throughout the whole level stands up to daily use and Minnesota winters while also adding visual warmth to the spaces. We replaced the wood-burning fireplace with a modern gas fireplace adding a mosaic marble tile accent and enameled the paneled wall in a rich charcoal.
