We had so much fun designing this Modern Farmhouse style basement finish for a busy young family of four on a sprawling horse ranch. This flexible family space features a 3-sided gas fireplace integrated into a large TV feature wall with a built-in shelf feature to balance out the space and provide additional storage and display options. An adjacent home gym with views of the TV when the sliding barn doors are open, can also be closed off. A custom home wet bar has all of the country farmhouse vibes with reclaimed wood shelves, ranch gate style timbers and posts, and a center island. The guest bath adjacent to the guest bedroom is full of designer details with shiplap walls, subway tile, encaustic black and white patterned floor tile, and white oak vanity.
